Availability…

August 26, 2009

So I’ve been booking sessions left and right for the next few months. I’ve gotten several requests/inquiries for weekend sessions so I wanted to come and post what I have left that is available.

Here is my schedule for upcoming weekends…

SEPTEMBER:

September 5th - maternity session

September 12th and 13th - senior session/work

September 19th… I have a conference

September 26th/27th … I’m working

So that leaves only the 6th and the 20th in September open if you want a weekend.

OCTOBER:

October 3rd - family session

October 17 - family session

October 24th - mini sessions

So that leaves the 4th, 10th, and 11th of October open if you want a weekend.

NOVEMBER:

November 7th - mini sessions

November 14th - mini session backup date

Sessions done after the 14th will not be eligible for Christmas card orders because I won’t have them ready for you in time.

PLEASE NOTE: All Sunday sessions will be scheduled in the afternoon after 2pm.

E-mail me if you want to reserve a date!

*** PLEASE NOTE… I’M MAKING A CHANGE TO THE MINI SESSIONS***

I’m considering dropping the October mini session date and just offering the November. If I get enough bookings I’ll keep them both… but I’d like to fill up the November date first. Turns out I have several families wanting full family sessions instead of mini sessions and if I drop one of the dates I could have another opening. I am also going to increase the # of proofs from the family session to 12 instead of 8-10. Please note that this does not mean I only take 12 pictures… I will take many. I will just narrow all the images down to the BEST 12 for proofing.

I know it’s early… but the year is flying by really fast so I’m already thinking about the holidays. Since last year’s Christmas season was CRAZY busy I’ve decided to try mini sessions this year as an alternative. If you want a short-n-sweet family (or just siblings) session with just enough images to display on a fabulous Christmas card… then this is the option for you! Please be aware that these sessions are for immediate family members only (in other words, no extended family).

Here are the details…

Each mini session will last approximately 45min. I will edit the best 8-10 images from the session and upload the proofs to an online gallery for you to view and make your selections. Those participating in the mini sessions will have 3 collection options available. All participants are required to purchase the smallest (Boughs of Holly) collection. Your $315 is due in advance to secure your time slot. Once your session is uploaded to your online gallery for previewing, you will also have the option of upgrading to one of the other 2 collections or purchasing additional ala carte items if you so choose. Please note that there are no substitutions allowed with these collections.

So anyone interested in this option please contact me and let me know your preferred date and time. Sessions will take place at Vermillionville. Cost includes entry charges. Vermillionville is open from 10am-4pm. Session times will be 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. Please make sure your children are fed and rested (if at all possible) prior to the session to better our chances of some happy smiles. For suggestions on how to dress your family for the occassion… click here. In the event of rain on either of the scheduled days of mini sessions, November 14th will be left open and available on my calender as a day to reschedule. If you are interested in booking… let me know ASAP! Space is limited!

So I’ve really been a crappy blogger haven’t I. I’ve actually taken a bit of a break from photography to work on design work. I did a shoot with this little guy a while back and decided to share a few…
