Terms and Conditions
1. Session fees cover the photographer's time and talent, detailed editing of appropriate images, and an online gallery and shopping cart for ordering. Session fees are due prior to or at the beginning of the session. Please make checks payable to Stephanie Morvant.

2. Clients are expected to purchase a collection that includes a set number of full-resolution images. You will receive the images on a CD with a release allowing you to print unlimited copies of each image for personal use. The collection prices at the time of your booking are guaranteed for the duration of your allotted gallery time (3 weeks). In the event your gallery expires without you placing an order, there will be a $30 fee to renew it. Once a gallery is re-hosted after expiration, it will be subject to the current rates at the time of gallery renewal. Please make every effort to place orders in a timely fashion. In the interest of fairness to all of my clients, prices are non-negotiable.

3. Reproduction of images without purchase and print release from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Scanning, screen capturing, and printing of said images are all considered copyright infringement.

Model Release
Stephanie Lynn Photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session and has the right to make reproductions of images for commercial use and promotional purposes. I hereby release Photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

(required) I give my conscent to allow images of myself/my minor child to be used for promotional purposes for Stephanie Lynn Photographer. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog, printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, and print competitions. (optional) Please note that if you decline to check this box you will not get a 'sneak peek' on the blog and your gallery will be private and not available for public viewing.
